LYNGBY

Closures

The sports hall, fitness centre, climbing club and locker rooms will be closed in connection with official DTU events. Closing days will be announced  in the news-feed on this homepage, on DTU Sport's Facebook page and on notices posted around the hall.  


Lockers
DTU has a total of 224 lockers. Lockers can  used and and locked with your access card.
The lockers are situated in the basement hallway under the sports hall and in the locker rooms, respectively. The lockers are mainly for storing sportswear etc. to rent a locker, you have to be a paying member of one of the clubs or have paid the fee for the sport activities offered by DTU Sport in Building 101b and either be a DTU student or staff member.


 
Fee and payment
The lockers are free to use for DTU Sport users and the limit is one locker per person. 

Note! Theft from the lockers is not covered by the University or DTU Sport. To prevent theft, do not leave valuables in the lockers.
 
Contact
The CAS Service Center is responsible for the administration of the cabinets; including allocation, user rights and access, maintenance of the cabinets.

Contact CAS Service Center on phone 4525 2525 or email CAS-FM@dtu.dk if there is a fault with the cabinet or if there are other complaints in connection with the cabinet's use.

CAS Service Centers' opening hours are: Mon-Fri: 7 am-3pm Sat, Sun and Holidays: Closed.

Defective cabinets must be reported on DTU's fault reporting app.

Rent of gear

Different articles such as balls, gear, and banners can be rented/borrowed at DTU Sport by contacting the sports office in opening hours.

RISOE 

Closures

Any closures or other relevant information about the centre will be announced on notices posted on the door to the centre.

Lockers

DTU Sport has a total of 12 steel lockers in both the women’s and men’s locker rooms. The lockers are intended for storing sportswear etc. while you are working out in the fitness centre. The locker must be emptied and ready for the next guest when you leave the centre.
Note! Theft from the lockers is not covered by the University or DTU Sport. To prevent theft, do not leave valuables in the lockers.
 
BALLERUP  
The fitness center on Ballerup Campus is not a part of DTU Sport, but you can find them on the link below.

Outdoor playing field near Building 230 - Lyngby Campus

The outdoor football fields are open for sports and activity 12.04.2022 and will be closing 04.11.2022.
 
DTU Sport currently has one rugby field and one field for 11-a-side football, which also has lines for two 7-a-side fields. The fields are in high demand, which are primarily booked for DTU Football, student hall football as for DTU staff and students.

To book a field, contact the Sports Supervisor.
When is the field open
Depending on the weather conditions, the field is typically open from the beginning of April to mid-October. The playing fields may NOT be used outside the opening period. Opens again: XX
Locker rooms
There are two men's locker rooms and one for women (referees). Clubs organised under DTU Sport as well as DTU staff and students can borrow a key against a deposit of DKK 300 by contacting the Sports Supervisor .
Rugby field
DTU Exiles Rugby has booked the rugby field for the entire season. Any use by other people is at their your own risk, as the playing field can be very uneven. Before leaving the field, any goals must be removed from the field.
Beachvolley and basketball courts
